Portabella-bacon-burgerGrilled Portabella & Bacon Burger

8 Whole Wheat buns (or your favorite, mine is Whole Wheat)
1-2 Pounds of Hamburger, depending on how big and how many you make
1 package of Bacon (or Proscuitto is even better :) )
1 package of Whole Portabellla Mushrooms
8 slices of Provolone Cheese
1/2 stick of butter
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
Pepper, to taste

1 Cup Mayo
1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder ( Or if you have more time 1 Garlic Clove minced or ran through a press)
1/2 tablespoon of Onion Powder
1/4 tablespoon of Cumin

Form the hamburger into patty's and season evenly with Lawry's Seasoning Salt and grill, or put on your George Foreman- *I don't do the grilling, so don't ask me how ;) LOL  -Add your provolone cheese at this stage, when burgers are almost done.

While the burgers are cooking, or if you have a helper to cook them (like me), Cook the Bacon and cut in halves. Saute the Portabella mushrooms in a pan with the butter, ( or on the grill if you are grilling your burgers).

In a bowl, mix together Mayo, Garlic powder (or minced Garlic), Onion powder, and Cumin.

Spread Mayo on the bun, add your burger, bacon and portabellas ♥
