eggsaladEgg Salad

10 hard boiled eggs
6 tablespoons Mayo
4-5 tablespoons of Mustard
1/2 small Onion, minced
3-4 tablespoons of Pickle Juice
2 Tablespoons of Fresh chopped Dill
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Pinch Celery Salt
Pinch Pepper

Boil the eggs for 15-20  minutes, starting with cold water. Place eggs in cold water once done, for 2 minutes and peel under cold running water, and set aside.

Cut peeled eggs in half, and separate the yolks. Put boiled yolks into a medium size bowl. Add pickle juice, mayo, mustard, minced onion, dill, celery salt/pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and whisk until smooth.

Chop up the boiled egg whites and gently stir into the yolk mixture. Enjoy by itself or on bread for egg salad sandwiches :) I make it up as I go, adding more or less of everything!
