Large shrimp or prawns

In a large pan, drizzle olive oil over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper to taste, and sauté shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the shrimp. You want to cook it until it starts to curl and turn a pink color.
Boil chickpeas in water until soft. Add a pasta pillow to each bowl, ladle some broth into the bowls, and top with a shrimp and chickpeas.
