2 lb. Butterball Potatoes

    12 oz Unsalted Butter (1.5 cups)

    ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Salt and Pepper




  • Peel potatoes and quarter them into a pot with cold water.

  • Boil potatoes until soft and fluffy. Drain.

  • Melt butter and cream together and mash with the potatoes.

  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
