Yields: 3 Pounds
2 lb. Butterball Potatoes
12 oz Unsalted Butter (1.5 cups)
½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Salt and Pepper
Peel potatoes and quarter them into a pot with cold water.
Boil potatoes until soft and fluffy. Drain.
Melt butter and cream together and mash with the potatoes.
