10-15 Potatoes, peeled
1 8oz block of Cream Cheese
1 ½ Stick of butter
½ cup Milk or Heavy Cream
Cut potatoes into chunks and boil for about 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Drain, and add back to pot. Add cream cheese, butter, milk, and salt to taste. Using an electric mixer, whip potatoes until fluffy, about 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
For loaded mashed potatoes, add bacon pieces, green onions, and shredded cheese. You could sub milk for chicken broth. Or add a ranch packet for Ranch Mashed Potatoes. The possibilities are endless!
