Line up your favorite champagne glasses. Dip the rim of the glass into water and then into your cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill each glass half full of Champagne. Top off with Apple Cider and garnish with a slice of apple. ( I always add the champagne first to avoid it bubbling over and ruining your cinnamon/sugar rim). Say a toast, and enjoy!
