I like to pre make these and keep them in the freezer!
1 cup of fresh mixed berries, red raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries ( If you cant find fresh, frozen fruit works too!)
1 cup of Strawberry yogurt ( or you favorite, I have used raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry yogurt)
1 tablespoon of Acai powder (optional, or your favorite protein shake mix)
about 4-5 oz of your favorite juice, ( I like Pomegranate juice or ZICO coocnut water)
Put fruit into a plastic bag until frozen. When you are ready to make the smoothies, place the bag in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and press on it to break up the frozen chunks. Add to blender with juice and acai powder and blend! :)
