Kiwi-pineapple-spinach-smoo1-2 cups Fresh Organic Spinach
1/2 cup diced Pineapple
1/2 Low-fat yogurt or Greek Yogurt
1 Kiwi, sliced
1 Banana, sliced
4-6oz of Coconut water, (I like ZICO Original or ZICO Pineapple coconut water for this one, SOBE makes a good one too!)
FlaxSeeds or Flaxseed Oil

In a sandwich size bag, cut up banana, kiwi, pineapple, and yogurt to the sandwich bag and freeze overnight.

In the morning, place your frozen smoothie in the microwave for 30 seconds, break up the frozen fruit and add to blender. Add 1-2 tablespoons of Flax Seeds or 1 tablespoon of Flax Seed Oil. Add 1-2 cups of loosely packed Spinach and blend! :)
