Pineapple-Mango-Smoothie1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple
1/2 cup Fresh Mango
1/2 of an Avocado
1 Banana
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup of fat-free Vanilla Yogurt (Chobani or any Greek yogurt is best!)
4-6oz of Coconut Water ( I love ZICO, but for this I used SOBE Mango Mandarin Coconut Water)

Pit and cut mango into chunks, cut pineapple into chunks, and peel and slice banana into about 5 pieces.

In a sandwich size ziploc bag, add banana, mango, pineapple and yogurt. Freeze overnight. I like to make 7 or more at a time one for each day of the week, so I can grab them and makes for a quick healthy breakfast!

When you are ready to make the smoothie, place in microwave for about 45 seconds, take out and press on the bag to break up the fruit a bit. Add frozen smoothie to blender, add chia seeds, and coconut water, blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth! I like to use frozen fruit instead of ice because I like a thicker style smoothie. If you like it more "juice like" you can add more coconut water :)
