1/2 cup of Almonds
1/2 whole Milk ( or you can use 2%, or almond or vanilla soy milk)
1/2 cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
3 tablespoons of Honey
about 1 1/2 cups of ice cubes

* you could also toss in half of a banana, or the whole thing :) *
* If you don't like Almonds, you can use peanuts, cashews or macadamia nuts *
Put all of the ingredients into the blender on high for about 1 minute or until smooth :) enjoy!
