Mixed Fruit & Carrot Smoothie
1 Banana, sliced
1/2 cup of Low Fat Yogurt
1 cup of mixed Fruit, (black cherries, strawberries, pineapple, and peaches)
4-6oz of Coconut Water, (I used Pineapple ZICO)
1 handful of Baby Carrots, (or sub coconut water for carrot juice)
In a sandwich bag, put in all fruit and yogurt and freeze overnight. When ready to blend, place frozen bag of fruit into the microwave for 30-45 seconds, break up the fruit and add to the blender with baby carrots and coconut water, enjoy! <3
