1 Cup of Honey, I used raw
2 Cups of blueberries
6 Lemons, juiced
1 Cup HOT water
4 cups Cold Water
I tried to keep this one as healthy as possible, while keeping the taste! Your measurements may vary depending on the size of the pitcher you are serving it in.
I added the honey, blueberries, and one cup of HOT water to the blender and pureed until everything was blended. You could also use a juicer to extract the juice from the blueberries, but I like to keep ALL of the berry. Once blended, add to your pitcher. Juice approximately 6 lemons and add to the pitcher along with the remaining 4 cups of water. Stir until combined. Refrigerate and enjoy!
