spagHomemade Spaghetti Sauce

2 pounds of Hamburger
2 28 oz cans of Italian Sauce ( my favorite, Dei Fratelli)
2 16 oz cans of Hunts Diced Basil/Oregano/Garlic tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 bunch of Italian Parsley
1 medium White Onion
Fresh Basil and Oregano leaves ( if you don't have that on hand, I like McCormick herbs)
2 cloves of Garlic ( or minced garlic on hand)
1/2 cup Red Table Wine ( I love Pinot Noir so that's what I use)
Chili Powder
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
Pepper
12 Pieces of Garlic Toast

Brown the hamburger with Lawry's seasoning salt and drain excess juices. In a Large pot put in Italian Sauce, tomatoes, diced onion, tomato paste, chopped Basil and Oregano (or McCormick- to taste), Chili powder, Onion powder, Garlic powder, pepper, diced Garlic, and red wine. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes, add the hamburger and chopped Italian Parsley and continue to simmer for another 10-15 minutes and let sit for 5 to let the sauce thicken. Immediately toss some sauce into the noodles to keep them from sticking together- and "wah-la"! :) Serve with Garlic Bread
