Shells1 box of Large Shell Pasta
1 pound Spicy Sausage
1 pound Hamburger
2 28oz cans of Italian Sauce (Dei Fratelli)
1 can of Hunt's Oregano/Basil diced tomatoes
1 small can of tomato paste
1 small onion
1 container of Ricotta cheese
2 bags (4 cups) of Shredded Italian blend cheese
1 bag of Parmesan cheese, or fresh grated
Garlic Clove, diced
Onion Powder
1 egg
splash of milk

Brown hamburger and sausage in a large pan. In a large pot, add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, diced onion, finely diced garlic, spices to taste. Add meat to the sauce and simmer until the sauce thickens and the onions are soft.

Boil the pasta to Al Dente and toss in a little sauce to keep them from sticking.

In a medium size bowl add ricotta cheese, egg, and a splash of milk and mix.

Place shells in a large shallow glass baking dish, spoon in about a table spoon of the ricotta mixture, and meat sauce. Continue for each shell and then cover with remaining sauce, and top with shredded cheese. Bake in the oven on 425 for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
