1 box Angel Hair Pasta
Fresh Shrimp, frozen works too, size and how many are up to you !
1 package of fresh Baby Portabella Mushrooms,sliced
Handful of Fresh Italian Parsley, chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed or minced garlic on hand
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Olive Oil
1 Cup White Wine, I used Pinot Grigio
1 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning salt
fresh cracked pepper
fresh grated parmesan cheese
In a large pan, melt butter and saute onions for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic, chopped parsley, seasoning salt, pepper, and white wine. Simmer for 3 minutes, and add shrimp. If shrimp is pre-cooked, you only need to simmer for about 3-4 minutes, if uncooked, about 5-6 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink and curls.
Cook pasta according to package, drain, and toss in olive oil.
Add the scampi sauce to the pasta and toss. Serve with fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese :)
Add more or less of each ingredient to taste- I usually make it up as I go :) You can also incorporate Onion and Garlic Powder. Enjoy!<3
