1 Large Salmon Filet, cut into pieces
1 Block of Parmesan Reggiano, grated, (or you can buy shredded)
3/4 Stick of butter
2-3 Garlic cloves, minced ( or minced garlic from the store)
1 box of Angel Hair Pasta
Freshly Ground Pepper
Salt ( Lawry's Seasoning Salt)
Cut Salmon filet into large pieces, about 4-5 with a large filet. Season filets with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Minced Onions, Lawry's seasoning salt, fresh ground pepper, and place into a glass baking dish.
Slice the lemon into thin pieces , and place around the fish. Cut 2-3 tablespoons of butter, and place around the salmon. Bake in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Cook angel hair pasta according to directions, taking off heat 1-2 minutes before done, so it is al dente. Drain, and bring back to the pot. Add remaining butter, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and olive oil and toss until mixed and cheese is melted.
Add pasta to a bowl, and add salmon filet, or shred salmon and mix in with the pasta :) Enjoy! ♥
