Crab-Prawns10 Fresh Prawns
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Orange Pepper
1/2 Yellow Pepper
Green Onion
Minced Garlic
3-4 Lemons
1-2 tablespoons of Mayo, I used Hellman's
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 cup of Fresh Crab meat, or the best canned crab meat- but it has to be real crab! :)
1 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning
Pepper
Olive Oil
2 Cedar Planks

Soak Cedar Planks (submerged completely) for at least an hour. I like to add Lemon juice and lemons to the mix while soaking ;)

Take each Prawn and cut the biggest bottom part slightly, and set aside.

In a medium size bowl, add crab meat, mayo, mustard, spices, garlic, and mix. Dice Peppers and green onion, and saute in a pan with olive oil until tender. Add peppers and onion to crab mixture. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the crab mixture on the Prawns, and sprinkle with more Old Bay Seasoning and Pepper.

Place Cedar Planks on the grill for about 3 minutes, then flip and add Prawns. Cook covered for about 20 minutes, or until Prawns look pink/orange color :)

* If your cedar planks are thin, keep to the opposite side of the coals or they will burn*
