Classic Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes
2 ½ Pounds Ground Beef
1 ½ Cups Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs, beaten
1 Small Onion, diced
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Ketchup
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Add eggs to a large bowl and beat slightly. Peel and dice onion, add to bowl. Incorporate remaining ingredients and combine using your hands. Add to a large glass baking dish and bake for an hour or until cooked thoroughly. Best served with my Creamy Mashed Potatoes and your favorite gravy, enjoy!
