8-10 Potatoes, depending on the size of your crockpot
6 cups of Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (3 packages)
3 Cans of Campbell’s Cream of Celery Soup
1 Half Ham, boneless (approx 4 pounds)
1 large Yellow Onion, diced
Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Dice the ham into small pieces. Cut up the onion and set aside. In the crockpot, start with one can of cream of celery, then a layer of potatoes, onions, ham, and cheese. Sprinkle with celery salt, paprika, and pepper. Continue layering the ingredients and end with the last can of cream of celery, then sprinkle with more seasonings. Keep on high for 8-10 hours depending on the size of your crockpot and how thick the potatoes are sliced. Enjoy!
