1-2 boxes of brownie mix depending on the size of you pan (1 box if a 9x13 inch dish, 2 if anything bigger)
1 bag of Mini Marshmallows
1 bag of Semi Sweet OR milk chocolate chips
1 box of Honey Graham Crackers
Pam cooking spray
Preheat the oven according to the brownie box.
Make the brownies according to the box ( I dont have one handy for exact directions!)
Spray the entire glass dish with Pam spray, the marshmallows get realllly sticky if you don't ! Line the dish with Graham Crackers, try not to break them into pieces if you can (you will have to along at least one of the sides).
Pour the brownie mix over the top of the graham crackers
**make sure you have a THiCK brownie mixture, not a cake like mixture or the graham crackers will float to the top!!!I had this happen twice**
Bake the brownies about 5 minutes less than the package calls for, take out and pour the entire bag of mini marshmallows over the brownies (don't sub for large marshmallows), and sprinkle about half to all of the chocolate chips over the marshmallows.
Bake for approx. 5-7 minutes until the marshmallows are slightly golden.
*** PLEASE keep an eye on them the ENTIRE time, or the marshmallows will light fire!****
Let them cool completely before serving, marshmallows will deflate slightly... enjoy! :)
