2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter

1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar

1 Cup White Sugar

1 Cup Butter, softened

2 Eggs

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 ½ Cups White Whole Wheat Flour, I used King Arthur. White All Purpose Flour works well too!

2 Cups Chocolate Chunks

1 ½ Cups Planters Sweet and Crunchy Peanuts, chopped

Using an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Add eggs, on at a time, beating well until combined. Add baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Stir in flour a little at a time. Mix in chocolate chunks and peanuts. Roll into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Or longer for bigger cookies, or crispy cookies. Enjoy!

I love this recipe for traditional PB cookies as well. After rolling into balls, I roll in white sugar and place onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 6-8 minutes.
