oreo-truffle1 Package of Double Stuf Oreo's
4oz of Cream Cheese, softened
2 bags of White Chocolate Chips

Blend the entire package of Oreo's in a food processor. If you don't have one, like me, I improvised with my Ultimate Electric Chopper using 5-6 Oreo's at a time until finely crushed. Save about 2-3tablespoons of the finely crushed Oreo's for garnish later, you don't need much

Add the cream cheese, and mix with a spoon ( I used my hands, it was much easier and faster) , until it forms a big ball , with a dough like consistency.

Roll into one inch balls, and place on a wax paper covered baking sheet. Place the truffles in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

While the truffles are in the freezer, melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes, stirring every 10 seconds until smooth. Dip the Oreo truffles into the chocolate, and spoon onto the wax paper. Freezing them helps to set the chocolate almost immediately after dunking.

After you dip each one, sprinkle a little bit of the finely crushed Oreo you set aside from before, immediately so it can stick to the chocolate. Repeat for each truffle, This makes about 28! Keep in the fridge, and Enjoy! :)
