1 (3-4) pound Chuck Roast
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1 small Onion, diced
Beef Broth
Season the roast all over with Lawry's Seasoning Salt and place into the crockpot. Dice up the onion and toss in with the roast. Pour in your favorite ( or homemade) beef broth, enough to just cover the roast. Set your crockpot to HIGH and let it set for about 8-9 hours, or on Low overnight.
