1 package of Tiny shrimp
1 small red onion
1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
1 Avacado
1 tomato
1 Jalapeno (or can of green chiles, or a green pepper if too spicy)
1 can of dice Pineapple
Lime Juice
Chili powder

Let the thawed shrimp soak in lime juice and a splash of pineapple juice while dicing the other ingredients ( just a few tablespoons)
Finely dice the tomato, onion, pineapple, cilantro, and Jalapeno (no seeds) Sprinkle a pinch of salt and Chili powder and toss in shrimp. Cover and set in the fridge for about an hour to let the flavors marinate. Add Avacado right before serving :)
