7-8 Small/Medium Potatoes, washed and dried
1-2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ cup Bacon, crumbled
1 Bunch Green Onions
Salt, to taste
Pam Cooking Spray
After potatoes are washed and dried, slice them into thin pieces. You don’t want them too thick or they won’t cook evenly. Spray the potatoes with pam cooking spray (or you can use melted butter), turning them once to coat each side. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes, or until soft. Sprinkle with salt, cheddar cheese, and bacon and return to the oven until the cheese melts. Top with green onions and sour cream and enjoy while watching your favorite team on Game Day!
