I have been on the search for the perfect granola bar. Crunchy. Sweet. Salty. Fruity. HEALTHY. Then, I finally found KIND Bars and Healthy Grain Clusters. Healthy AND tasty! Beginning with just 8 bar varieties in 2004, KIND has grown to over 22 bars and 6 Healthy Grains clusters. So if you can’t find a bar you like, you aren’t looking hard enough!

All KIND Healthy Snacks are made from all-natural whole nuts, fruits and whole grains. No ingredients you can’t pronounce, non GMO, gluten-free, and packed full of antioxidants, fiber, and protein. Some of their bars include chia and flax, pomegranate, pistachio, dark chocolate, peanut butter, and maple just to name a few ingredients.


My family especially loves KIND Cinnamon Oat Clusters and their Oats and Honey Clusters with Toasted Coconut. Either eating it straight from the bag or topping our morning yogurt, these two KIND products are always on my grocery list! I have a soft spot for dark chocolate, so their Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate Chunk bars are two of my favorites that settle my sweet tooth craving without undoing a day’s work out and feeling guilty. For morning’s on the go, my two favorite bars are Pomegranate Blueberry Pistachio and Cranberry Almond + Antioxidants.
