1/3 Cup Quick Oats
1/3 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk, or Milk of choice
1 Tablespoon Powdered Peanut Putter (PB2)
½ Tsp Ground Flax Sees
½ Tsp Chia Seeds
¼ Tsp Cinnamon
½ Tsp Vanilla
Spoonful Peanut Butter, I used Peanut Butter & CO. White Choc PB
Slivered Almonds
Strawberries
In a small jar or air tight container, add oats, milk, PB2, cinnamon, chia seeds, ground flax, and vanilla. Give it a good stir and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir in your favorite peanut butter and top with strawberries and almonds. Other options are bananas, blueberries, Greek yogurt, or your favorite fruit, granola, or nuts! You can use your favorite Nut Butter if you don’t like PB. Don’t add anything the night before that you don’t want soggy like granola.
